Nankinmachi

“I’m astounded by people who want to ‘know’ the universe when it’s hard enough to find your way around Chinatown.” ― Woody Allen Just like my home city, Yokohama, Kobe has its Chinatown, known as Nakinmachi. Interestingly, the closest JR station to the district is called Motomachi, and Yokohama also has a district whose name is Motomachi that is close to Yokohama’s Chinatown. Meriken Park

Scott Fitzgerald When it comes to the Kansai region, Kobe is sometimes overlooked, but the city is one of the major cities of Japan, offering many amusing places that are worth your visit. Meriken Park is one of the most famous sightseeing spots in Kobe. It is kinda a counterpart of Yokohama’s Minato Mirai 21. A district with a western feel to it.
