To all my fellow Linux lovers, Android fans, Python tinkerers, and open-source explorers—thank you for supporting my tech posts here on Canvas of Dreams over the years.
This blog began as a personal space for reflections, stories, and creative thoughts. But along the way, something beautiful happened—my passion for technology, Android development, and self-hosting found a home here too. Some of the most-read posts on this blog have been about command lines, servers, and debugging Android.
And now, it’s time for those tech stories to evolve.
📡 Say hello to my new dedicated tech blog: Droid Matrix
Droid Matrix is where I now write exclusively about:
- Android development and custom ROM adventures
- Linux servers, Python scripts, and self-hosting tools
- Data privacy, open-source philosophy, and the digital revolution
It’s the same voice, the same curiosity—just a more focused space for fellow geeks, makers, and dreamers.
💡 Why I’m separating the blogs
Canvas of Dreams will stay true to its name—a home for thoughts, photography, legacy reflections, and the deeper side of life. Droid Matrix, on the other hand, is for the hands-on experiments, the tutorials, the rants about AOSP and systemctl, and the joys of figuring things out from scratch.
By separating them, I can serve both communities better—without one overwhelming the other.
📘 Oh, and I wrote a book.
If you’re into Linux, self-hosting, and Android…
You’ll love my book:
Home Server Revolution: Build and Take Control with Ubuntu and Samba
It teaches you how to build your own private cloud, back up Android data with Python, and take ownership of your digital life.
Check it out on Amazon: Home Server Revolution
Thank you again for being part of this journey.
If you’ve ever enjoyed one of my tech posts here, I think you’ll feel right at home at Droid Matrix.
Let’s keep building, exploring, and questioning—one shell script at a time.
