The satisfying “plop” effect when placing a tile never gets old.
Townscaper is a paid Android game, but it’s definitely worth your money. Given the fact that I love mobile games that support controllers, Townscaper is my go-to game on my Galaxy Tab S8+. This is a game that allows you to invite your inner child to come out and play with them.
I love playing games. But I’m not a big fan of mobile games, to be honest. The reason is simple, I’m more of a traditional gamer, who loves to interact with the gaming world with controllers, not with my finger taps on the small screen.
So, even in the mobile gaming world, I love playing games that support controllers. Townscaper is one of them, and I love this game. Since it’s also available on Steam, you may have heard of this before. Without any goals, the game is simply designed for cultivating your creativity.
The game is basically a polished version of Sim City without unnecessary complex traffic, power, or infrastructure management. All you have is a blank world in the middle of the ocean where you can build up the virtual lego-like toy set that allows you to build picturesque, cobbled villages as cozy or as sprawling as your imagination desires.
Once I open the app on my Galaxy tab S8+ and start playing the game with my 8BitDo controller, I can play the game for hours without stopping. Anyways, as your imagination stretch while playing the game, why don’t you invite your own inner child to come out and play? Oh, by the way, those are the controllers I own for my Android and Switch devices.
Afterthgouhs:
All in all, this is a game that allows me to immerse myself into the world of the oceanfront cozy town where I can build a virtual lego-like picturesque town in the middle of the ocean.
And since I’ve been writing a lot about tech lately, I’ll keep posting about my Android-centered digital life here.
See you soon, Android die-hards!
