Glass Atrium

“We are all here for some special reason. Stop being a prisoner of your past. Become the architect of your future.”
― Robin S. Sharma

On my birthday, February 16th, I joined a photowalk in the Ginza area to give my Canon a workout for the first time in a few weeks. The weather was great, and it was great catching up with my friends and meeting new ones. Really appreciate Bhupi for organizing the meetup.

We started our photowalk from Tokyo International Forum. Here are some details of the unique building…

Built in 1996, Tokyo International Forum has been serving as a convention center, concert venue and exhibition hall. From the exterior, it looks another plain building in the business district, but once you get inside the building, you’ll see its cutting-edge and striking architecture. Designed by Uruguayan architect, Rafael Viñoly, whose name is globally recognized for his prominent architect designs, the boat-inspired building consists of glass atrium, blending ample air, and sunlight into its glass and steel framework.
