“Don’t shoot what it looks like. Shoot what it feels like.”

Our
Ginza is home to upscale shopping and many globally renowned department stores. It has every possible luxury brand shops you can imagine, from Gucci, Hermes and LV. Additionally, it has an Apple store as well (Since I’m a hardcore Google fanboy, it is my least favorite place in the district, thoguh). As you can imagine, it is a pricey area. If you’re into window shopping, this might be a place for you. But do not expect anything special in the district for reasonable prices.
My favorite spot in Ginza is Tokyu Plaza’s rooftop terrace. From there, you can gaze over stunning night view of the district, which may let you project yourself into the characters of the 2003 film Lost in Translation.
