“Tonight’s December thirty-first, Something is about to burst. The clock is crouching, dark and small, Like a time bomb in the hall. Hark, it’s midnight, children dear. Duck! Here comes another year!” ― Ogden Nash, Collected verse from 1929 on
As 2018 comes to a close, both alleviation and despair crept upon us. We are glad that the year is finally over and prepare ourselves for the coming year that is full of unpredictable turns that may have the potential to change your life forever. Who knows? When you look back in the past twelve months, it would be nice if you could smile and say to yourself you never thought that you could do it. When the year 2018 started, we all had goals and dreams. Even if you couldn’t achieve them, there should be no reason to regret your decisions. There will never be too late to stand up and make your dream come true. All you need to do is to pass the baton for your future self. 2019 is around the corner. Brace yourself for the unpredictable encounters, joys, challenges, and whole those opportunities that are waiting for you to thrive on! Finally, here are some pictures I photographed in Yokohama on the very last day of 2018.
